Hello there! I’m Julie Miller, a Certified Life Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

My approach is tailored to honor and support your journey, whether it’s through the transformative power of yoga on the mat or the targeted guidance of coaching sessions. I look forward to being a part of supporting your unique journey

About Me:

My path has taken me through various roles, including team leadership as well as patient and client-centered roles in healthcare and wellness. I am a Yoga teacher and practitioner along with being a graduate of the Certified Life Coach Institute’s ICF-accredited program, earning certifications as a Master Professional Coach.  

Recognizing the unique needs of each individual, I understand that not everyone seeking yoga wishes to delve into coaching, and vice versa. 

Coaching Philosophy:

My coaching philosophy centers around creating a non-judgmental and safe space for individuals to explore and create. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, seeking personal fulfillment, or exploring possibilities, I am honored to partner with you in navigating reflection, possibility, discovery, and action.

Yogic Background:

My personal practice of meditation, breath work, and yoga began during a trip in Chennai, India, in 2007. I then immediately fell in love with Kundalini Yoga during my first class in 2009. I received my original Kundalini training with Krishna Kaur Khalsa and Keval Kaur Khalsa in 2015-2016 in order to share the practice that had a profound impact on me with others.  The skills of presence and compassion strengthened through my yoga journey are tools I bring to my coaching practice.
